Coding in Qualitative Research

1. develop coding categories- setting/content, define situation , perspectives by subjects, process, event, strategies & relationship n social structure
2. formatting transcript file
3. read through transcript file and code the units of data in the transcript file
4. Assemble all data coded to each category and sort it into sub-files (i.e: manila folders, index cards, computer software)
